We build one kind of product, and we do it in volume.
AURORA is a boneless sofa manufacturer working with a partner factory in Guangzhou. We are not a trading company reselling whatever is in stock: the construction method is fixed, the models are numbered and documented, and every order is produced to a signed specification. That narrowness is deliberate — it is what makes the loading numbers on this site reliable enough to plan a container against.
Quality control
Where we check, and what we check for
A compressed sofa has few parts, which means almost every defect that reaches a customer can be traced to a specific process step. We inspect at the three points where those steps happen.

Incoming material
Foam density and compression recovery are tested on delivery, not on a certificate. Fabric is checked against the approved swatch for shade and against a wash test for shrinkage. A dye lot that does not match the reference is rejected before it becomes a sofa the customer has to be told about.

In production
Cover dimensions are measured against the cut file, and stitching is checked at the seams that carry load — arm joints and the seat-to-back junction. A cover that fits loosely at this stage never fits once the foam has expanded in a customer's room.

Before the container leaves
A pressure test on every vacuum-packed carton, because a pack that has lost vacuum will not fit the loading plan you were quoted. Then quantity, carton print, labelling and loading photographs — sent to you before the container is sealed, not after.

Scope
What we deliberately do not do
Knowing the limits of a supplier is more useful than reading a capability list. These are ours.
- We do not build private moulds. Tooling for a new foam shape is a different business with a different cost structure. If your design needs a new core geometry, we will tell you so rather than quote for it and subcontract it.
- We do not sell retail. We do not operate a storefront on the marketplaces you sell on, and we do not sell your designs to the next customer who asks for them.
- We do not do drop-shipping. Our logistics are built for container and pallet freight. If you need single-unit fulfilment to consumers, that belongs with a third-party logistics provider on your side of the border.
- We do not publish a price list. The unit price depends on quantity, fabric, packing and destination. A list would be wrong for almost everybody who read it, so we quote per order.

Tell us your market and your target retail price. You will get a specification, a loading plan and a quotation — from the same team that would produce and inspect the container.
