This site is a business-to-business catalogue. It collects as little as it can: no advertising trackers, no profiling, no analytics cookies. The only personal data we hold is what you type into the enquiry form.

Who is responsible for your data
AURORA is the controller for personal data submitted through this website (Guangzhou, Guangdong, China).
What we collect, and why
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, business email, country, and any phone number, target market, product interest, quantity, message and file attachment you choose to provide. We also record how you arrived — referring page, landing page and campaign parameters in the link you followed.
We use this for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, quote your order and keep a record of the commercial relationship. Our legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us, and — where your enquiry leads to an order — the performance of a contract.
We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We do not use your data to train anything.

This site sets no advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party remarketing tag, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, form security and cookieless analytics.
- Our email provider — delivery and storage of the enquiry as an email in our business mailbox.
- Our freight forwarder or bank — only if and when an order reaches the stage where those details are needed to perform it.
Because these providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and the adequacy decisions that apply to them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up the conversation later, then deleted. Records connected to an order — quotations, specifications, shipping documents — are kept for as long as tax and customs rules require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier, at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any sale of it — we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these, write to us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and enquiry submissions are validated and rate-limited at the network edge. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who answer them.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, this page changes with it and the effective date above is updated. Continued use of the enquiry form after an update means the current version applies.
